So In a way it is superior, you get much finer control and you also get the ability to turn as fast as you want instead of being limited by your maximum controller sensitivity setting and by the fact that you can't turn analogue sticks upside down, they have a small radius that they can turn, and then you hit the edge and that's it. I would say you are wrong, but who am I to judge? let's check the pro/competitive scenes of other games (CSGO, R6S, whatever kind of actually competitive shooter) and you will obviously see mice being much more popular and better choice.
